Mark Bonillas is an registered architect with over 20 years of experience that spans the higher education, healthcare, municipal, multi-family housing, sports venues, and high-end residential market sectors. He is registered in multiple states (Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Nevada, New Mexico, and Texas), NCARB certified, LEED AP certified, and a City of Phoenix self-certification professional. He excels in leading construction administration efforts for complex project types, such as the Footprint Arena (formerly Talking Stick Arena), Arizona State University’s Football Stadium, and the Maricopa County Superior South Court Tower.
Mark’s wide range of experience and has made him an expert of architectural practice. He excels at building lasting relationships with clients, contractors, and team members on projects. He enjoys challenging traditional design methods and construction approaches in order to advance the architecture, engineering, and construction industries. He has made it his mission to cultivate the future generations of architects and designers.
